At Nalnad Coffee, we take great pride in delivering freshly packed, high-quality coffee directly from the hills of Coorg to your home. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition and within a reasonable timeframe.
Order Processing
- All orders are carefully processed and packed within 2 business days of receiving confirmation.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will keep you informed in such cases.
Shipping Timeline
- Once your order is packed, it is handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location within India.
- Orders are delivered between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Coverage
- We currently deliver across most pin codes in India through our logistics partners.
- If your address falls outside our regular serviceable areas, we will contact you to explore the best possible alternative.
Tracking Your Order
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real-time.
- In case of any delays or delivery issues, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delays or missed deliveries.
- In case of delivery to a secured location (e.g. gated community, office, etc.), please ensure availability or inform the security/reception to receive the package.
