Cancellation Policy
- Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@nalnadcoffee.com
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- Upon verification, we will either send you a replacement or issue a refund as per the case.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used coffee products.
- Products returned without original packaging or seal.
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
